Pro Alliance Services is a moving company based in San Antonio, Texas. We handle residential and commercial relocations across Bexar County and the surrounding Hill Country, along with the packing, specialty-item, and office work that goes with them. What we do
Our work falls into a few categories, and most moves combine more than one:
- Residential moving for houses, condos, and apartments, including stair carries, elevator buildings, and gated properties.
- Commercial moving for offices, practices, and retail spaces, scheduled around the building's approved loading window.
- Packing services, full or partial, plus moving supplies if you would rather pack yourself.
- Local moving within San Antonio and the nearby cities listed below.
- Specialty handling for pool tables, appliances, and large furniture, plus furniture installation and office decommissioning.
Where we work
San Antonio is our base, and we regularly work in the surrounding municipalities and Hill Country towns. Each area has its own access patterns, and several are separate cities with their own rules:
- Inside and around San Antonio: Alamo Heights, Olmos Park, Terrell Hills, Castle Hills, Shavano Park, and Helotes.
- Northeast and east: Schertz, Cibolo, Garden Ridge, Universal City, Converse, and Seguin.
- Hill Country and north: Boerne, Bulverde, Spring Branch, Fair Oaks Ranch, New Braunfels, Fredericksburg, and Kerrville.
- South and west: Floresville, Martinez, Lytle, Hondo, and Uvalde.
If your address is not on that list, send it with your request. Availability depends on the date and the scope, and we would rather tell you early than late.
How a move gets planned
Most problems on move day trace back to something nobody looked at beforehand: a gate too narrow for the truck, a reserved elevator window that was never booked, a sofa that clears the origin door but not the destination stair turn. Our planning is built around removing those surprises.
- Inventory. A room-by-room list of what is moving, with large or fragile pieces called out separately.
- Access review at both addresses. Where the truck can legally stand, the distance from that spot to the entry, gates, stairs, elevators, low clearances, and tight interior turns.
- Property rules. Gated communities, managed buildings, and associations often set their own loading areas, time windows, and registration requirements. Those come from the owner, manager, or association responsible for the address.
- Scope and date. Crew size, equipment, and timing are confirmed against the real route rather than the mileage between two addresses.

Before you book any mover
Verify the company you hire, including us. Texas intrastate movers are registered with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, and interstate carriers are registered with the FMCSA. Ask any mover to put the scope in writing, and ask what would change the price on move day. If an answer is vague before the job, it will not get clearer once the truck is loaded.
